Deep-dive & Some niches
Feature Feedback tool: Founders building SaaS often find it tough to prioritize their feature development due to a lack of proper feedback from paying users. While sending emails and asking people for feedback via email is doable, it doesn’t excite customers to provide feedback. Create a Micro-SaaS tool that builds a commonplace(web page) where SaaS founders mention their product roadmap and get votes/feedback on the new features - all in one place. The webpage should also display released features and provide a way to get feedback about released features as well. Single link with all platforms to give feedback: A Micro-SaaS tool that provides a single unified link for all platforms. The link should let users select the channel to send feedback. The channel could be pretty much anything like Twitter, Facebook, Email, Text-based input, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc. Some users feel it is easy to provide feedback through tools like Whatsapp and Telegram and this also lets you establish a personal connection with users and this makes the paying users feel included. As an add-on, you can also provide SMS-based feedback by providing a number to receive the text. Tools like this will make it easy to receive feedback from users.
