Me - Well you can but they would certainly land in spam and would be of no use. Also, GSuite has certain daily limits. You need tools that can warm up your emails and make your emails look legitimate. (See next sections for more info)

Me - This would negatively impact your email scores. One of the biggest problems for B2B companies is finding quality leads. This could include a lot of things like scraping for information, scraping specifically from LinkedIn, mapping the data from various sources to update email, phone number, designations, etc. Automate this process and create a high-quality list of leads with verified company designations, emails, and phone numbers. Email Inbox Warmup: For websites that launched newly, there is always a chance that your emails would land in the spam folder. This is because of various reasons. Instead of using pre-configured messages, tools like these will use AI and generate a dynamic reply. You can add more context by providing the data about the user from your CRM tool to make the replies more dynamic.
Automated Email Sequence for outreach: Create a tool that automates a sequence of emails to follow up with cold emails. Most of the times people don’t reply due to their priorities and a few follow-ups are required in a typical ‘cold email’ world before you hear back a reply. Automate this process of follow-ups. The tool should send a pre-configured email, wait ‘X’ number of days, if there is no reply, send a follow-up email and then wait for ‘Y’ number days to do another follow-up. Create templates that users can pick and start automation. Make sure customers can customize most of this including the number of days to wait before the next step, the subject text, email content, etc. The tool should detect the email replies too and send notifications to customers once the cold lead is converted to a warm lead so that customers can continue the discussion.
