It would give sellers keyword suggestions based on real-time trends, helping them find high-impact keywords and tags that buyers are actively searching for. With the right keywords, their listings would show up in more relevant searches. Provide competitor analysis, showing sellers which keywords are working well for similar products. This lets them adjust their tags and descriptions strategically. Seasonal trend data would also be valuable, allowing sellers to optimize their listings ahead of peak times, like the holiday season. Users should be able to define these rules and set specific actions, like deleting messages or issuing warnings, tailored to their community’s needs. Micro SaaS for Scheduling and Analytics on Threads
Threads is growing fast - reached 275 million monthly active users in October 2024. It’s is now getting more than 1 million new users per day. Build a niche tool for Threads users that help them create and schedule their posts. Add features that lets users boost engagement such as recommendations on the best times to post and ideal posting frequency based on when followers are most active, so users can maximize reach. Competitor analysis can also be a helpful feature - it would show users what’s working for similar profiles, helping them adjust their strategy and take inspiration. You can also add a customizable dashboard where users can add, remove, and rearrange analytics widgets to focus on the metrics that matter most to them. Micro SaaS for AI-Powered Personalised Movies for Kids
Build a tool that makes it simple to create fun, personalized animated movies for kids, powered by AI, where the child can be the main character. Users begin by uploading a few photos of the kid to train the AI image model and generate a character resembling them. They then choose a theme, like adventure or fairy tale, and the tool creates a custom animated video featuring the generated character. Include options for adding AI-generated voiceovers and sound effects. Provide an intuitive video editor that allows users to tweak scenes, adjust audio, and add finishing touches easily. Micro SaaS around Video Testimonial Tool
Video-based testimonials are on the rise. While there are tools to request text-based feedback, a specific tool that requests video feedback is on demand. Testimonial.to solving the same problem launched in 2020 made $3K in sales in 10 days and is constantly improving on MRR and has grown to thousands of dollars in MRR. Create a Micro-SaaS tool that lets founders request video-based testimonials from their customers. The tool should be able to capture video feedback from any device and should be able to create a “wall of love” with all the uploaded video testimonials. The Micro-SaaS tool should also provide an embeddable javascript to embed and display these video testimonials on any website. Another example in this space - Founded in 2020, Vouch hit $2.5M in revenue in 2022
Reverse Job Boards
Reverse Job Boards are a new thing that is gaining traction. Instead of displaying jobs, the reverse job boards display candidates’ information and their interests. Instead of candidates searching for jobs, companies search for candidates in a predefined curated database listing. You can pretty much bring this model to any niche/segment. For example, RailsDevs applied the same model for Rails Developers and crossed $4K MRR. On top of the monthly subscription, RailsDevs also charges approximately $10K-$20K for every hire as a referral fee. MyPerfectJob is applying the same concept to Product Managers. Pick a specific segment like Front end devs, Cloud devs, and Web3 devs and apply the concept of Reverse Job Boards. It might need some initial effort to ping people and explain and ask the candidates to register to your listing.
