⛳ 💡 AI agent for Making Presentations
Creating compelling presentations involves thorough research, organization, and creating designs, all tasks require substantial effort. Develop an AI agent for making presentations that automatically performs deep, extensive research from diverse online sources, intelligently curating content and turn that into a beautiful presentation. Users would simply input their topic and the AI agent would automatically begin an exhaustive research process (similar to the Deep Research tools) browsing web pages, articles and reports. The agent would then organize the curated insights into coherent slide decks. The agent would also intelligently source relevant images or generate visuals/infographics. Users should be able to customize the final output with their branding and styling preferences. For inspiration, see Genspark AI Slides, which is a full agentic tool for creating slides GenSpark. Genspark has received $160M in funding
⛳ 💡 Real Estate Transaction Management Software
Real Estate agents often juggle PDFs, email threads, shared drives etc., which creates confusion, and endless follow-ups. Build a micro SaaS platform designed specifically for real estate agents and brokers to streamline the end-to-end transaction process, from offer to close, by making document management and collaboration smooth. This tool would centralize everything into one clean workspace where users can securely send, track, and e-sign documents, assign tasks to parties involved, and automatically log communications for compliance. As an example check DotLoop which is used by 10,000 real estate brokerages and teams.
⛳ 💡 Micro SaaS for AI-Powered Demand Planning for Inventory-Driven Businesses
Build a micro SaaS platform that helps businesses accurately forecast demand and optimize stock levels using AI. Most SMBs still rely on spreadsheets to plan inventory, which results in either overstocking or stockouts. This tool would solve that by providing AI-generated demand forecasts based on historical sales, seasonality and external signals. But instead of just forecasting finished goods, it would also suggest optimal stock levels of components and materials required for packaging or manufacturing. It should break down future demand into granular purchasing decisions for every raw material needed to fulfill that demand on time. Also allow users to compare AI-predicted demand vs actual sales. The platform should integrate with popular ERPs and e-commerce platforms to ingest sales and inventory data automatically. For inspiration, see Intuendi which has reached an annual revenue of $6 million.
⛳ 💡 Marketplace for Professional AI Image and Video Creators
AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika and others have made it easier than ever to create professional quality visuals, but most businesses still don’t know how to use them properly or don’t have the time to experiment with. Build a niche marketplace where businesses can hire professional AI-native creators who specialize in generating images and videos using these tools. Whether it’s explainer videos, product photos, ad videos, YouTube intros, social media content etc., clients should be able to browse portfolios, post a brief, and work with vetted creators who understand the full stack of AI tools. Let creators showcase past work, highlight tools they use, and list service packages. .Add categories for styles, use cases, or industries, and make it easy for businesses to filter and find the right match. IndieDoers has already reached $2.7k in monthly revenue by connecting people with vetted video experts.
⛳ 💡 Consent Management Platform
Consent management platforms (CMPs) help businesses handle user privacy choices on their websites and apps. They track and record user consent preferences making it easier to comply with data protection laws like EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and others , This is crucial for any company, from e-commerce to media sites, collecting personal data online. Build a CMP that manages the entire personal data lifecycle, from the initial frontend consent banners to data deletion requests. Include a user-friendly interface for creating custom consent banners. The tool should automatically scan websites to identify and categorize cookies. Make sure the platform maintains detailed records of user choices, creating a clear audit trail. Consider adding analytics to help businesses optimize their consent rates. You can also include templates for different industries to help companies get started quickly. Consent Manager is one such player used by 25,000 websites. Also check Enzuzo, a privacy compliance and consent management solution with $5.8 Million annual revenue.
⛳ 💡Simple Knowledge Base portals
There are many sophisticated platforms like GitBook to create user guides, documentation for SaaS products, APIs, etc. But people still look for simple alternatives that are built on simple products like Google Drive, Notion, Coda, etc.
Create a simple knowledge base portal creation software that doesn’t make it complex with features. For inspiration see, HelpKit, a website/knowledge base builder that is built for the Notion audience has crossed $1800 MRR in 6 months. HelpKit dealt with the problem differently. HelpKit used Notion as its base and converted the content from Notion into an easy and usable Knowledge Base portal. While most Enterprise customers don’t like a system like this, but still there are many users who like a simple portal for their user guides and documentation portals.
